It has the advantages of smooth and reliable operation, high efficiency, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. For the operation of the unit at full or partial load, each compressor can be controlled using stepless or 75% - * * * multi-stage capacity. There are various types of semi closed screw compressors suitable for refrigerant working fluids such as R22, R407c, R134a, etc. The shell and tube condenser and evaporator condenser use different types of heat exchange copper tubes imported from Germany and Japan, as well as domestically produced ones. The outer surface of the copper tubes is processed into trapezoidal low ribbed tubes to increase the heat exchange area and enhance heat transfer performance. The inner surface of the copper tube is smooth, which reduces water pressure and is easy to clean and maintain. The evaporator adopts an internally threaded high-efficiency heat exchange copper tube. The outer surface of the copper tube is spiral smooth, and the water side baffle adopts a non short circuit design, which improves the efficiency of chilled water mixing heat transfer.
